Invitation to Join the Piano Press Cooperative Promotion and Consignment Program

With over twenty-three years of experience as music educators and publishers, we have come to appreciate the need for creative and innovative materials for use by music teachers and students in both the private studio and the music classroom. We would like to invite you to participate in a unique marketing program designed to assist both educators and the artists who produce these creative educational materials.

As a member of the Piano Press Cooperative Promotion and Consignment Program (PPCPCP), your
product(s) will be included in our database and made accessible to our current wholesale trade distributors. These include Baker & Taylor, Book Wholesalers, Inc., Follett Higher Education Group, Coutts Library Services, Blackwell's Book Services, Wayland Audio-Visual Enterprises, Amazon.com, Borders.com, and Target.com. Your product(s) will be featured on our web site (including a link to your web site), and in our full color online and offline catalogs.

Through your listings in our catalogs and on our web site, your product(s) will be seen by thousands of educators, libraries, schools, museums, and retail establishments including music stores, bookstores, gift shops, toy stores, and educational supply stores. Your product(s) will gain exposure through our catalog, flyer, and postcard mailings as well as our targeted advertising. Your product(s) and promo materials will also be displayed at trade conventions in the Piano Press Exhibit Booth, including the NAMM Show.

The cost to join and participate in our program is $100 per year. This includes the above-mentioned benefits with representation of one product. Additional products may be represented at $50 per title per year. This is a small fraction of what it would cost you to research and gather a large database of potential customers, establish relationships with wholesale distributors, and cover the costs of printing, postage, and advertising. Our contract is non-exclusive and, unlike other distributors, we promote the products we represent.

By collectively promoting our products we can reach a much wider audience of potential buyers than trying to do so on our own. If you would like to participate in our program, please send an e-mail request for the PPCPCP Registration Form and Agreement Contract. Return the registration form, signed contract, initial shipment, and check or money order payable to Piano Press. You may submit your payment through PayPal on our web site Order page.
